Terms and ConditionsPlease read these Terms and Conditions carefully as this is a legally binding contract. If you don't understand anything please contact us with your questions. We are only too happy to ensure you fully understand and are happy with proceeding to train with us.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

If for any reason you are not able to attend your training, the following applies:

Deposit is non refundable.

Cancellation at and/or within 2 weeks of the training will incur a 100% cancellation fee the tuition. This can be used for any future training with us. Administration fee of $150 is payable at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation at and/or within 3 weeks of the training commencement will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the tuition and an administration fee of $150. Whether or not your training has been paid in full, this administration fee is required and may be used towards any future training.

Student Transfer. You may send another student in your place (if you have met your training investment fees) with prior notice to the office.This will incur an administration fee of $150.

Refreshing Students must provide proof of their previous NLP Training Institution. There is a special training price for refreshing students available on request.

Product Policy

Products purchased as part of the training or at the training is non returnable and non refundable with the exception of damage or fault with the goods. In this case, a replacement will be given.

If you have received product as part of your training and you decide you can't proceed for any reason outside the 3 week cancellation policy, you will be refunded your training investment minus the cost of the product received.

Payment Plan Policy

Payment plans can be arranged on request. We want to fully assist you to get the benefit of your NLP training and if you require to spread your payments then we can assist you. There is a small administration set up fee of $50.

Late joining: You can still join a training the day before with your deposit and pay after the training.

Late payment on payment plan. If you are late in your payment schedule then a Late Payment Fee will be applied of $50.

To date, we have never had to honour this policy as there has been no need! We will do our best to deliver the best training and personal change experience for you! You also need to take responsiblity for your own training.

Our Money Back Guarantee Policy is very genuine. If during the training

- you brought to our attention you were not understanding the material and support wasn't given to assist you
- you weren't getting value and told us and we didn't satisfy you that we made every attempt to recify this with you
- you felt the training misrepresented what you registered for

and we can't resolve these things with you, then we will give you your training investment back. You will have to pay for your product as this is not refundable.

Personal Welfare

You agree, on accepting the Terms and Conditions and undertaking a training with us, you are fit mentally, emotionally and physically to undergo this training.

Empowered Mind respects you as an individual and will assist you where necessary if you fall ill during the training. However we take no responsibilty for your condition prior during or after your training. This rests entirely with you.
